Having grown up with ADHD himself, Matt brings both professional knowledge and personal understanding to his work with clients whose minds may operate differently from those around them.
Matt is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) who helps children, teens, and adults navigate ADHD, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, addiction, and life's many transitions. He believes therapy should be compassionate, approachable, and solution-focused, providing clients with the insight, practical skills, and confidence they need to create meaningful, lasting change. Drawing from evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), he works with clients to better understand the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that may be keeping them stuck. Together, they develop practical strategies to improve emotional well-being, strengthen resilience, and build healthier ways of coping with everyday challenges. Having grown up with ADHD himself, Matt understands firsthand that everyone's brain works differently. His personal experience gives him a unique perspective as he helps clients better understand their strengths, navigate challenges, and develop strategies that work for their lives. Outside the therapy, Matt is actively involved in the local community. He participates in the Old Fat Bald Guys hockey community, supporting charitable fundraising efforts, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Mental Health Association of Frederick. These experiences reflect his commitment to reducing stigma around mental health and supporting well-being both inside and outside the therapy room. Matt is licensed in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Virginia and welcomes clients seeking practical, personalized support to help them move forward with greater balance, confidence, and resilience.

Jeaninne Baca, LGPC, EMDR-Trained Therapist
Works with: Adults and Couples
Areas of Focus: Trauma, Anxiety, Depression and Relational Issues
Therapeutic Approaches: Trauma-Informed Therapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Jeaninne Baca offers compassionate, trauma-informed therapy grounded in the belief that healing begins with feeling safe, seen, and understood. She helps clients explore how past experiences may be shaping their emotions, relationships, and responses today while developing greater self-trust, healthy boundaries, and a stronger sense of self.
Her approach recognizes that many of the ways we cope today began as ways of protecting ourselves. Jeaninne works alongside clients to gently understand and reshape those patterns, helping them move beyond survival mode and toward greater connection, confidence, and authenticity.
Jeaninne is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) and EMDR-trained therapist who specializes in helping adults heal from complex and relational trauma, anxiety, depression, panic disorder, life transitions, including motherhood, and the lasting effects of narcissistic abuse. Her approach is trauma-informed, relational, and rooted in the understanding that many of the ways we cope today were once necessary survival strategies. Integrating EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Compassion-Focused Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and nervous system-informed care, Jeaninne helps clients process painful experiences, reduce emotional distress, and reconnect with their sense of self. Together, you will explore how past experiences have shaped the way you see yourself, relate to others, and respond to the world around you. Through compassion, curiosity, and collaboration, Jeaninne helps clients release survival patterns that no longer serve them, build self-trust, establish healthy boundaries, and cultivate a greater sense of inner safety, connection, and authenticity. Jeaninne's clinical work is informed by years of supporting survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking, experiences that deepened her passion for trauma recovery and resilience. She considers it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they move beyond survival mode, reconnect with their inner strength, and create lives rooted in self-compassion, meaningful relationships, and lasting well-being.
